All areas of service require that you agree to our Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct. If your life is not currently in alignment with these areas, please consider this a season in which you can partake and be invested into by the church. Every one of us has had seasons of struggle or sin during which we need to learn, grow, and develop. This is not a punishment, but an opportunity for you to press into the Lord and come into alignment with His will for your life. When you are ready to serve, we will be ready to have you.

Some ministries require that you first complete a background check in order to serve. This is true for any ministry that interacts with children, including but not limited to Sunday School, Youth Ministry, Child and Youth Special Events, Connect Table, and Ushers. A background check submission form will be sent to the email address you provided. You will fill this out and submit it on your own, we will not receive your personal information directly. Anyone with a history of sexual or violent offenses will be unable to serve in these areas; however, we will work with you to find an area that fits your giftings. We are each transformed by the power of Christ, and at CFJ we believe in second chances. These boundaries are meant for the accountability and protection of all.

In order to serve in Kids' or Youth Ministry, you must also fill out an application and undergo an interview with the Calvary Ministries Coordinator.
