Arrows is a Christ-centered discipleship program for boys ages 10 through 18. The program uses practical skills, challenges, service, outdoor activities, fellowship, and Biblical teaching to help boys grow in capability and prepare for Biblical manhood. The four pillars of the program are Protector, Provider, Leader, and Lover.
Men who are Christ focused and are equipped with the skills to protect, provide, lead, and love, will be more prepared to face adversity with courage, wisdom, and unwavering faith.
How The Program works
Meetings rotate through four pillars: Protector, Provider, Leader, and Lover.

Each meeting includes a devotional or Biblical discussion so Christ remains the center of the program.

A Subject Mentor guides the group through a skill, topic, project, or challenge connected to one of the four pillars.

Boys learn by doing. Meetings may include hands-on practice, discussion, teamwork, service, outdoor activity, or individual challenges.
Many subjects have an achievement patch. Patches are earned by meeting the qualification standards for that subject—not simply by attending a meeting.

Fathers are expected to participate. Arrows is not intended to be a child drop-off program.

Fathers may also be asked to teach or help lead a topic when it fits their skills, trade experience, hobbies, knowledge, or interests.
