Service Description

As part of this team, each Saturday you will receive an email containing all of the information about the details of this week's service. Using this resource, you will add the songs from this week's set list to our software, put in the sermon title and speaker information, and add the kids' worship song. During service, you'll follow along, displaying all of the visuals as they're needed.

While a lower time commitment, Slides Team does require that you really be "on" from the time you arrive throughout the entire service. Worship and announcements go quickly, and Pastor Antone provides a lot of slides for the sermon. We have a great team, though. The sound or video representative is always willing to step in for a minute if you'd like to step away for a moment.

Video Team

Arrival Time: 3 PM

Finish Time: After clean-up, usually 30-45 minutes after service concludes

Service Description

Upon arrival, with the help of the set-up team, you will move the video equipment into place and get everything connected. You will connect to the slides computer and the audio board. You will begin a Facebook live-stream as the service begins. Throughout the service, you will use our software to switch between the cameras and the computer screen. After the service is over, you will take down the video equipment, pack it up, and put it in the storage unit. Usually, other people from the team or congregation will jump in to help with cleanup, and it goes pretty quickly.

While a longer time commitment, the set-up is definitely the most intense part. The software is very easy to run. Once the equipment is set up (by around 4 PM), you are able to visit with the team or other people as they arrive. When the sermon begins, it's easy to relax and just enjoy the lesson. You can easily step away for a minute during the service without worry.

Audio Team

Service Description

Upon arrival, with the help of the set-up team, you will move the audio equipment into place and get everything connected. You will connect to the slides computer and the video team software. The worship team arrives at 4 PM, and you will work with them to get their monitors adjusted. Throughout the service, you will adjust the sound as needed, monitoring the sound in the room and on the live-stream. After the service is over, you will take down the audio equipment, pack it up, and put it in the storage unit. Like the video team, usually, other people from the team or congregation jump in to help with cleanup, and it goes pretty quickly.

The audio team is a little more intricate to learn. Pre-service is your most intense time. Once the equipment is set up and adjusted, you are usually only making small adjustments throughout the service. Once the sermon begins, this team also allows you to step away for a moment.
